ESTA certified online tea course – Intro to tea

Introduction to tea

This is a six hour ESTA certified online tea course for anyone wanting to get into tea or learn the basics of tea.

This course is for people working in hospitality, cafes, tea houses, coffee shops, tea shops and tea enthusiasts.

The course will be held online over 3 evenings as a Zoom meeting with Alexis Kaae as your trainer. This course will be held in English. Alexis Kaae is a professional tea educator, certified by the European Speciality Tea Association. She is the director of education for ESTA. This course must be booked at least 10 days in advance in order to pack and send the teas to be tasted during the webinar.

What this course will teach you?

Cancellation of courses

We reserve the right to cancel courses in case of too few registrations or in case of illness. In the event of cancellation, it will be possible to move your registration to another course with available places, or get a refund. We contact the registered by email or phone regarding any changes. We cannot guarantee that cancelled courses will be created at a later date. The participation fee is only refunded by Simply Tea in case of cancellation or relocation of the course.

Deviations

Reservations are made for printing/typing errors as well as for sold-out courses; deviations from the written text as well as the images shown. Registrations and gift vouchers are not replaced upon loss.

Right to withdraw

In accordance with the consumer act § 17. 2 cf. § 9 . 2 no. 2a ‘, the purchase of a ticket is not covered by the right of withdrawal for “recreational leisure activities, if it is stated in the agreement on which day or within which specific period the service in question is to be performed (e.g. booking cinema and theater tickets)”. This means that the purchase of a course is binding and that the course is non-refundable if you become ill or are unable to attend. See www.forbrug.dk

Aflysning af kurser

Vi forbeholder os ret til at aflyse kurser ved for få tilmeldinger eller ved sygdom. Det vil i tilfælde af aflysning, være muligt at flytte sin tilmelding til et andet kursus med ledige pladser, eller få pengene retur. Vi kontakter de tilmeldte pr. e-mail eller telefon ved ændringer. Vi kan ikke garantere at aflyste kurser oprettes på et senere tidspunkt. Deltagergebyret refunderes kun af Simply Tea i tilfælde af aflysning eller flytning af kurset

Forbehold

Der tages forbehold for tryk-/tastefejl samt for udsolgte kurser og varer; afvigelser fra det skrevne samt de viste billeder. Tilmeldinger og gavekort erstattes ikke ved bortkomst.

Fortrydelsesret

I henhold til ‘Lov om visse forbrugeraftaler § 17 stk. 2 jf. § 9 stk. 2 nr. 2a’ er køb af billetter ikke omfattet af fortrydelsesret ved “rekreative fritidsaktiviteter, hvis det fremgår af aftalen, hvilken dag eller inden for hvilken bestemt periode den pågældende tjenesteydelse skal udføres (f.eks. bestilling af biografbilletter og teaterbilletter)”. Det betyder, at køb af et kursus er bindende, og at kurset ikke kan refunderes, hvis du bliver syg eller ikke kan deltage. Se evt. www.forbrug.dk
