Afternoon TeaSimply Tea's afternoon tea is a very special occasion for one or more guests and concists of the following: A piece quiche Lorraine, finger sandwiches of organic sour bread; one with organic ricotta cream chease, cucumber, and Daniel Letzs smoked salmon and the other with a delicate egg salad and mustard cress. With this is served freshly baked scones with clotted or whipped cream, strawberry jam and a selection of homemade biscuits, cakes and tarts. We aim to serve only the best organic and quality ingrediens in all our recipies. To top it all off we serve a wonderful pot og freshly brewed tea enough for to to three people. Here you can choose from more than 50 tea sorts from the menu. If you would like to try a more rare or exclusive tea, for just a little extra, you can choose from some of our own imported teas. Because the quality is of such a superior standard we can offer as many refils as you can drink with out extra cost. Traditionally afternoon tea is served between 3 pm and 5 pm, but by booking in advance we will gladly prepare afternoon tea from 12 noon. |
